Before starting cooperation

The test can also be conducted during the cooperation period — in case of concerns or as part of evaluating the performance of an employee who already has access to your home.
From childhood, parents teach children not to trust strangers and to be careful when choosing people they allow into their home. At the same time, these very people can sometimes become part of everyday family life. Should you trust a new nanny, housekeeper, or cook solely based on their word — or is it better to take precautions?
Unfortunately, fake references or the concealment of certain biographical facts are not uncommon. Therefore, polygraph testing of domestic staff helps reduce risks already at the candidate selection stage and filter out those who do not meet your requirements.
In some cases, testing is also conducted during employment — if there are concerns or as part of evaluating an employee’s performance.
Important: the polygraph records physiological responses associated with concealing information about past events and actions, but it does not determine emotions or personal beliefs.

Polygraph testing of domestic staff is a multi-stage process that may include information analysis, clarification of details with relevant parties, and document review. Question blocks are developed individually for each case and agreed upon with the client.
On average, the procedure takes 2–3 hours and includes a pre-test interview, the testing itself, short breaks if needed, and a final discussion of the results.
Important: results are prepared by a specialist based on the analysis of polygraph data — they are not an automatic conclusion generated by the device. Accuracy depends on properly formulated questions and thorough preparation of the procedure.
Testing is conducted only with the person’s consent, and the list of questions is always agreed upon with consideration of ethical and procedural limitations.
