If, due to the psychophysiological characteristics of the person being tested, the results do not allow for confident answers to the questions posed — and this is not related to countermeasures during the procedure or refusal to continue testing — the payment for the test may be refunded to the client, excluding transportation and accommodation expenses. This does not apply to forensic psychophysiological examinations.
