The team at Lie Detection Group consists of qualified polygraph examiners with advanced degrees in law or psychology and specialized training in conducting psychophysiological examinations using a polygraph.

All experts are members of professional associations, including the “Collegium of Polygraph Examiners of Ukraine” and the “All-Ukrainian Association of Polygraph Examiners”, and regularly enhance their qualifications by participating in specialized seminars, conferences, and training programs.

To maintain high standards of work, we conduct internal training sessions twice a month, analyze practical case studies, and refine our testing methodologies. Our team-based approach allows us to share experiences, identify patterns in the conduct of examinations, and apply the most effective research strategies.

To conduct psychophysiological studies, we use high-precision polygraphs from leading American manufacturers Lafayette and Axciton, which meet international standards for accuracy and reliability.

All tests are conducted in specially equipped rooms that ensure comfortable testing conditions and the reliability of the results. Today, Lie Detection Group has four specialized rooms and continues to expand its infrastructure.

Lie Detection Group has implemented an internal quality control system for psychophysiological studies using polygraphs—an approach employed by only a few companies in Ukraine.

Each report undergoes a stage of supervision by company management: polygraph tracings (graphs of physiological reactions), the validity of conclusions, and compliance with the research methodology are verified. Additionally, video recordings of the tests are analyzed on a random basis to ensure compliance with protocols.

This approach minimizes errors and ensures a consistently high level of accuracy in the results.

Currently, the staff of Lie Detection Group consists of 6 polygraph examiners (3 men and 3 women). Two specialists conduct tests in English, which allows the company to work with international clients.

This team structure ensures operational continuity, particularly on weekends, as well as during vacations or sick leave.

An additional advantage is the ability to replace an expert during repeat or additional testing. This is important because each polygraph examiner has their own working style and communication approach. In cases where a tense interaction arises between the client and the specialist during the examination, the expert can be promptly replaced to maintain the objectivity of the process.

This approach is not available to individual polygraph examiners or small companies and enhances the flexibility and quality of service.

Lie Detection Group maintains its own database, which includes more than 8,000 completed tests and is constantly updated with new studies. This volume of accumulated data is a significant advantage when conducting polygraph tests.

As polygraph testing grows in popularity, an increasing number of candidates and employees are being retested. The ability to compare results with previous tests helps experts gain a more complete picture and improve the accuracy of their conclusions.

In addition, analyzing previous polygraph records allows for a better assessment of an individual’s unique reaction patterns, the timely detection of attempts to counteract the test, and the assurance of the most objective result possible.
