If, due to the individual psychophysiological characteristics of the examinee, the results do not allow for a clear and objective conclusion, we refund the client according to the terms specified in our agreement.
Important: This policy applies only if the examinee has not intentionally attempted to interfere with the polygraph examination and has not refused to complete the procedure. These conditions do not apply to certain types of forensic examinations unless otherwise specifically stated in the agreement.

How long does testing last?
The standard procedure takes from 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the number of questions and the complexity of the case. The time is discussed at the consultation stage.
Is the procedure confidential?

Is voluntary consent required?
Yes. A polygraph test is only conducted with the voluntary written consent of the person being tested. We explain the procedure before starting and do not proceed without consent.
